Delivery Terms
Orders are processed until 16:00 local time on the day of receipt.

Orders received after 16:00 will be processed on the next business day.

"Panda 3" Ltd. reserves the right to request additional confirmation, including by phone, e-mail about the order you have placed. This can be done in all cases if necessary to verify the information about the user, address data, as well as payment options.

In the case that the User does not provide the information required by "Panda 3" Ltd. regarding the order performance, the Supplier is not responsible for the impossibility of completing it.

Local delivery
PANDA 3 Ltd. delivers in the territory of the country with the carriers indicated on the site.

The cost of delivery depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the delivery address.
Delivery discount terms apply according to the conditions, prices, and periods announced on the site.
The same does not apply to users using special price lists and purchase conditions.

Delivery abroad

Orders from regions outside Bulgaria are always prepaid with postage included in the order. You will be informed about the cost of the same in a timely manner before paying the order.

For your information, we only send registered shipments abroad via Bulgarian Post or Speedy courier (DPD).

We kindly inform you that shipments outside the EU could be subject to import duties, taxes, etc. Panda 3 Ltd. is not responsible for the payment of such duties, as well as other associated costs for receiving the goods. Refusal to pay them is not a reason for terminating the order contract with the Supplier.

The delivery time may vary on public holidays by the number of non-working days.

"Panda 3" Ltd. is not responsible and does not owe compensation to the User for cases of incorrect address information or due to Force Majeure circumstances beyond the Supplier's control.

Changes in the delivery address and other user data after an order placed are considered as valid only for any next orders, unless the User contacts us in a timely manner to apply them to an order unsent.

In any case of possible delay beyond the specified delivery times, you will be notified promptly by the established communication terms on the site.

"Panda 3" Ltd. is not responsible for any changes in the delivery times of the chosen courier occurred in the meantime.
